+## Signet Embedding Runtime Critical Regression
+
+Session initiated to address major regression in Signet's embedding system. The native embedding runtime, recently added, is failing across all platforms (macOS, Linux, Windows) and is described as "extremely fragile" with severe usability impact. When users attempt to opt into Ollama as a fallback, the system fails to switch and continues non-functional. User requested deployment of multiple subagents to thoroughly investigate and fix the underlying issues immediately. Screenshots of error states were provided for investigation.
