The task involves evaluating the proposal against three primary sources: the client's proposed method, Jake's technical design, and an existing prediction-markets reference implementation in ~/prediction-markets/.

+The review will assess Jake's proposal from three angles: technical soundness, architectural decisions, and implementation feasibility. The outcome is not a client-facing counter-proposal but internal feedback to help Jake improve the proposal for version 2. The system differs from traditional prediction markets—it predicts ad performance rather than creating a market instrument.
