- Pipeline checks Gmail for Upwork alert emails → scores → auto-applies

- Jake updated the $50/hr minimum rule with a nuance:
  - **Default:** $50/hr min, $1K fixed min
  - **Exception:** $25+/hr or $500+ fixed IF client is legit (5.0 stars AND $2K+ spent)
  - **Hard floor:** Always skip below $25/hr or $500 fixed regardless
