## COACHING RULES (from Jake, Feb 6+8+10)
1. Address Olly and Kevin INDIVIDUALLY — don't say "where are we guys?" — say "Olly, where's X?" and "Kevin, where's Y?"
2. Assign SPECIFIC tasks to each person separately
3. Text them individually over iMessage when needed (not just group chat)
4. DON'T be a pushover — hold them accountable HARD

6. **WAR STORIES (Feb 8):** Whenever either of them drops the ball (missed post, no response, didn't execute), hit them with a short war story (<55 words) about someone who did something similar but WAY more intense/ridiculous to put their excuses in perspective. Make it feel real, specific, and slightly absurd. Examples:

   Keep them short, punchy, and different every time. Never repeat the same story.
