**Goal:** Bidirectional sync between GoHighLevel and CallTools
**Steps:**
1. Webhook trigger from GHL (new contact/opportunity)
2. Process contact data (tags, source, lead status)
3. Call CallTools API to sync contact to dialer
4. Create call list from opportunity data
5. Update GHL with call disposition/results
