Common Questions

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard created by Anthropic that lets AI models securely connect to external tools and data sources. Think of it as a USB port for AI — MCPEngage uses MCP to give your AI real-time read/write access to Lever.
You provide a Lever API key (generated in Settings → Integrations → API Credentials). MCPEngage uses the Lever REST API to create 50+ tools covering candidates, postings, interviews, feedback, and analytics. Your credentials are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
MCPEngage accesses candidate profile data (name, email, experience, tags, stage) available through the Lever API. Full resume document parsing depends on how you've configured Lever's data structure. AI can search and filter based on structured fields.
MCPEngage works with Lever's interview scheduling features. For deeper calendar integrations (Calendly, Google Calendar sync), you can connect those platforms separately via MCPEngage and build cross-platform workflows.
MCPEngage is free during the beta period. After launch, pricing starts at $29/month per platform connection. Enterprise plans with custom integrations and priority support are available on request.
