Brief Check-in & Context Review

This was a brief reconnection session. Nicholai joined and asked what we'd been working on. I provided context from the previous ~30-minute session, which had focused on the chatgpt-to-claude.com migration utility project.

The main active threads are:

  • chatgpt-to-claude.com - Astro/React migration site with a 4-step wizard orchestrator already integrated into the homepage
  • Blog content - SEO-optimized migration tutorial drafted with keywords like "switch from ChatGPT to Claude" and "import memory"
  • Reddit marketing - Active engagement using the established style guide (authentic dev voice, local-first positioning)
  • Signet CLI Skills API - Routes being implemented in packages/daemon/src/routes/skills.ts

User started to ask about available Signet MCP servers at session end; response was beginning but conversation ended before completion.
