Session Start

User initiated onboarding via /onboarding command to set up their Signet workspace. The session loaded the comprehensive onboarding skill, which provides a conversational interview structure for personalizing agent identity and workspace configuration.

Onboarding Skill Overview

The onboarding skill walks users through four phases of agent personalization:

  1. Agent Identity (IDENTITY.md) - Character definition including name, creature type, origin story, visual identity
  2. Personality & Tone (SOUL.md) - Communication style, humor, opinions, boundaries, emotional approach
  3. User Profile (USER.md) - Name, timezone, role, projects, technical level, decision style
  4. Integration & Skills - Harness selection, skill installation, workspace setup

The skill emphasizes conversational interaction over interrogation, with adaptive pacing and natural responses between questions. It's positioned as the first real interaction that sets the tone for the agent-user relationship.

Status

No actual coding work was performed. Onboarding interview structure loaded but not yet executed. Ready for user interaction to proceed through identity definition phases.
