Coaching — Oliver & Kevin (OSKV Labs Day 6)

Day 6: Total Silence Continues

  • 3x coaching cadence maintained: 9 AM, 1 PM, ~10 PM (evening wrap late due to heartbeat timing gap)
  • All touchpoints delivered via Discord #general + iMessage INTERNAL MAIN + individual texts (imsg CLI, since BlueBubbles still down)
  • Day 6 scoreboard: STILL zero posts, zero tier descriptions, zero Stripe updates, zero responses
  • This is now 6 consecutive days of absolute zero engagement

Lesson Learned

  • Don't check time on every heartbeat — wasteful. Check once, estimate next check based on interval. The 5:15 PM → 9:57 PM gap caused me to miss the 6 PM deadline check. Better to set a cron or check less frequently with bigger gaps.
