9:03 AM — Morning push sent (Discord + iMessage). Asked what they posted yesterday, pushed Phase 1 content, asked about Google Doc status.
1:01 PM — Afternoon push sent (Discord + iMessage). No response from morning — called out the silence, pushed for ONE post each today, asked for screenshots when live.
2:00 PM — Individual DMs sent. Texted Olly (+19179929834) and Kevin (+19175028872) separately asking about their specific posting status. Called out no response all day. Offered to help unblock.
8:00 PM — Evening wrap sent. Individual texts to both + group summary on Discord & iMessage. Neither responded all day. Day 1 = zero posts, zero responses. Set tomorrow's assignment: ONE process fragment post each, screenshot proof. Tone: firm but not hostile.
