Coaching — Oliver & Kevin (OSKV Labs Day 4)
Day 4: Ghost Town Continues
- 3x coaching cadence maintained: 9 AM, 1 PM, 8 PM
- All touchpoints delivered: Discord #general ✅, iMessage INTERNAL MAIN ✅, individual texts to Olly + Kevin ✅
- Day 4 scoreboard: still 0 posts. Zero responses from either person all day.
- Deadline tightened from noon → 11 AM for Day 5 (Tue Feb 10)
- War stories deployed every check-in per Jake's rule (gaffer/grip, DP/dropout, editor/TikTok kid, MV director, photographer, fired director, COVID photographer)
- No engagement at all — not even a thumbs up or "I'm busy"
- This is now 4 consecutive days of zero execution and minimal responses
Coaching Concern
- Pattern is clear: they're reading but not acting and not responding
- Day 5 needs to be a "come to Jesus" moment — if still nothing, may need to escalate to Jake about whether to continue daily coaching cadence or shift approach

- Compliance GRC: competitive landscape shifted (Vanta + Drata have official MCPs now), only viable as aggregator
- Product Analytics: Mixpanel has official MCP, our angle would be unified multi-platform

- Jake asked how we'd build a visual no-code MCP builder
- Delivered full architecture breakdown: 4-phase plan, Next.js + React Flow + Claude API
- Core insight: our 11 skills become system prompts — we wrap our existing AI pipeline in a UI
- MVP timeline: 3-4 weeks. Total cost to launch: basically just time.

- Coaching deadline tightened to 11 AM for Day 5
- MCPEngine Studio architecture designed but not started (awaiting Jake go-ahead)
