- CannaBri site: built + deployed to GitHub Pages
- Veo 3.1 video generation: first successful test
- MCP Factory V2 batches 1-4: 20 servers complete, committed, pushed
- Batch 5+6: 6 fixer sub-agents spawned for remaining 10 servers
- dec-003 resolved (approved 2, killed HR People Ops)
