## Task Scope

The objective is to design a user interface within watchtower that enables users to pull and collect historical market data (backdata). The interface-design skill was loaded to guide the design process following craft-first principles: exploring the product domain, defining user intent, identifying signature elements, and avoiding generic defaults.

No design work or implementation has occurred yet. The skill documentation was loaded to establish methodology before proceeding with exploration and proposal phases. |
